What is FaceTime?
FaceTime is an informal, interactive, discussion-focused dialogue online between an experienced leader (or ‘Elder’) and a group of 5-15 emerging and current leaders.
What is the Purpose of FaceTime?
The purpose of a FaceTime session is to give newer leaders a chance to spend quality time with an experienced leader, learning about leadership directly from the experienced leader, through asking questions and hearing stories.

About the Speaker:
Tom is the Field Coordinator for Asia and Pacific of Youth With A Mission International (YWAM), he is a member of the Global Eldership (Founders’ Circle), he is an Advisory Board Member of the Institute for the Nations (training arm of YWAM Australia) and an Advisory Board Member for YWAM’s Australian Mercy Services. Tom is currently celebrating his 47th year in YWAM and his various roles involve interacting with people from many nations. He brings to these roles a wealth of experience gained from over forty years of leadership, communication, interface and relationship with a vast diversity of people and cultures.
Tom lectures on many subjects, including: The Nature and Character of God; A Case for God; The Father Heart of God; the Purposes, Principles and Processes of Reconciliation; the Conduct of God in the History of the Human Journey; The Ten Commandments; Missions; Discipling Nations; Transformation of Culture; Personal Discipleship; Making of a Leader; Seven Relational Dynamics of Kingdom Life, and Men in Ministry.
