About the Speaker: Jay’s passion is maximizing the effectiveness of people. With a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership, Jay has worked as an organizational, team and leadership consultant for the past 23 years with large Fortune 500 size companies, as well as with over 20 mission organizations throughout Asia. Jay, along with his wife and son, volunteer with YWAM in Chiang Mai, Thailand. He serves as the overall facilitator of the ALLC.
