What is FaceTime?

FaceTime is an informal, interactive, discussion-focused dialogue online between an experienced leader (or ‘Elder’) and a group of 5-15 emerging and current leaders.

What is the Purpose of FaceTime?

The purpose of a FaceTime session is to give newer leaders a chance to spend quality time with an experienced leader, learning about leadership directly from the experienced leader, through asking questions and hearing stories.

About the Speaker:

David is from New Zealand and has had extensive experience in a global volunteer mission movement for 35+ years, working with people from all types of ethnic and cultural backgrounds. He has been involved in pioneering and establishing new centres of operation primarily in the Asia-Pacific region and teaching, training, and mentoring young leaders. In recent decades, he has also had responsibilities in the international leadership team of this mission movement which has 20k staff with over 50% being non-western with operating locations in 190 nations.

David is an honest principled servant leader and team player who has worked extensively with multi- national teams. He is visionary, has a positive attitude and enjoys adapting to new situations that require flexibility. David and his wife Susan have 6 children and 5 grandchildren.
