This free webinar will discuss the issues and leadership challenges surrounding the topic of motivating and mobilizing believers towards their roles in completing the Great Commission. For leaders who serve in faith-based volunteer organizations it is even more vital that we continue to wrestle with best practices for motivating and creating ownership that avoid manipulation.
We will discuss mobilization principles that are relevant to both western and non-western contexts. We will also discuss broader perspectives on mobilization that connect leadership to discipleship and discipleship to every believer’s role in completing the Great Commission. We will seek to welcome other mobilization practitioners into this discussion.
